About Carmel
Carmel is the area along Carmel Road in south Charlotte, between SouthPark and Ballantyne. It’s made up of many smaller subdivisions and Carmel Country Club.
Most homes are single-family houses from the 1970s through the 1990s on wooded lots. Many still have original kitchens and baths, and that shows up in price. I compare updated and original homes separately.
