Hi, I’m Maureen Mahood, the Broker-Owner of SellYourHomeCharlotte.com, and I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes in the Charlotte metro area since 2015. But my journey in sales and negotiations goes back much further – over 20 years of experience, to be exact.

I’ve also taken advanced AI training through The AI Academy by Phil Stringer, allowing me to leverage technology in ways that give my clients an edge in this competitive market. 

More Than Real Estate – A Commitment to Community I’m not just passionate about homes – I’m passionate about giving back. In 2007, I founded RescuedMe.org, a dog rescue dedicated to helping abandoned and at-risk dogs find their forever homes. For every home I sell, a portion goes directly to supporting this cause.
