What provisions have been made for your pet care during your time away from home?

We understand that families with children often want to incorporate a dog into their busy lifestyles. Many times the children are expected to help care for the animal. Describe your family situation. Who will be the primary caregiver and who will be the back up?
If there are children, what are their ages and what are your expectations of the children in regards to the care of the animal?
What happens to the animal if these expectations are not met?
What provisions are you making for you new dog to adjust to his surroundings?( i.e. consulting a trainer, boarding/pet sitter, Veterinarian, scheduling walks and care among family members)
What do you think are the most important responsibilities in owning a dog?

We at Rescuedme.org deeply value the lifelong commitment to the dogs we place. In your adoption plan, please describe how you intend to uphold this commitment, even in challenging circumstances. While we understand that life can be unpredictable, it's important to note that our ability to take back dogs is not guaranteed due to space and resource limitations. How would you ensure the continued care and well-being of your dog throughout its lifetime?
Are there any upcoming events or commitments (such as vacations, major life changes, etc.) in the near future that might affect your readiness to adopt a dog? We strive to ensure that the timing of adoption is suitable for both you and the dog, to facilitate a smooth transition into their new home.
When would be a convenient time for you to have a phone conversation with us to discuss your adoption application further? Please provide a few options that work best for you. This call will also help us determine a suitable time for a potential in-person meeting to further the adoption process
Could you please provide the contact information for your current or previous veterinarian as a reference? If you haven't had a pet before, please list a personal reference who can vouch for your ability to care for a pet. This helps us ensure that our dogs are going to a responsible and caring home.
