About Myers Park
Myers Park was planned in 1911 by landscape architect John Nolen, just southeast of Uptown. Queens Road West, the Queens University campus, Freedom Park and Wing Haven Gardens are all in or next to it.
Homes range from 1920s houses on large lots to condos and new infill. Prices cover a wide range, so I price by street and lot, not neighborhood averages. With older homes, look closely at drainage, foundations and original systems.
