Buying in Charlotte, Lake Norman or SC
Let’s Start Your Home Search
I’m happy to help you start looking. Tell me what you want (and what you don’t), and I’ll set up an MLS search that sends you homes the moment they hit the market, not days later on a national website.
One thing to know up front: before we step inside a house together, North Carolina and our MLS require a signed buyer agreement. That’s been the rule since August 2024, and it protects you. It puts in writing what I do for you, how long we’re working together and how I’m paid.
You don’t need to sign anything to start getting homes. When you find one you want to see, I’ll walk you through the agreement line by line. It can even be for just one house.

Tell Me What You’re Looking For
The more you tell me, the better your search will be. I read every one of these myself.
Rather just talk it through? Grab 15 minutes on my calendar.
