Beverly Woods is in south Charlotte near Park Road and Quail Hollow, a short drive to SouthPark.
Homes are mostly brick ranches and two-stories on wooded lots, many from the 1960s and 1970s. Some have been updated and some torn down and rebuilt. Condition drives price here more than square footage, so I compare updated and original homes separately.
