About South Park
SouthPark is about six miles south of Uptown, built around SouthPark Mall and the offices, hotels and restaurants along Sharon, Fairview and Morrison. It’s Charlotte’s second business center after Uptown.
Homes run from condos and townhomes near the mall to mid-century ranches and new custom builds on the side streets. Prices change a lot from one street to the next, so area averages don’t tell you much. I price it street by street.
